Holly Reycraft

Relocation Specialist for Families With Children with Special Needs

Holly specializes in helping families relocate in the Phoenix area based on their children’s educational needs. Holly has spent the last two decades consulting parents on school choice options for their children as an educational consultant, and she has now expanded her knowledge to help families purchase homes in communities that meet their children’s unique educational needs. Holly has followed East Valley market trends and property values for years, and she feels fortunate to have joined the team at ProSmart Realty, where her brokers share thirty years of experience and knowledge with her and her clients. She would love to assist your family in buying or selling your home.

As a young girl, Holly’s favorite thing to do was visit beautiful homes and estates with her grandmother in her hometown of Grosse Pointe, Michigan. She NEVER gets tired of looking at homes, and she firmly believes there is no greater joy than helping families find their perfect HOME. From assisting first-time buyers to helping those seeking second homes or investment or luxury properties, Holly has experience with it all and can serve all of your buying and selling needs while guiding you through each step in the process.

Holly has also spent more than two decades advocating for special needs children in several capacities, including as a Special Educator, School Counselor and Administrator. She is the co-founder of East Valley Autism Network (EVAN), a parent support group and an affiliate of the Autism Society of America that has a 15-year history in the region. Holly enjoys helping families and passing legislation to better the lives of individuals with autism and special needs. She is married and has three children, and her oldest son has Autism and Type 1 Diabetes.

Both Holly and her husband have lived in the East Valley for 30 years, and they share a passion for local real estate that Holly draws upon when assisting clients in the purchase or sale of their homes. Holly’s husband, Ken, has worked in commercial real estate as a land broker for more than two decades. Together, they love to spend time looking at model homes and following the new products of home builders. Most importantly, Holly enjoys assisting families in finding new homes in areas where the educational options accommodate their unique needs.

Services

Holly offers a Special Education Consulting Service free-of-charge when she helps you purchase a home.  The consulting service includes a school choice consultation (she has three decades of knowledge of East Valley schools), school visits and one IEP meeting with the new school team.  This service is part of Holly’s commission, which the seller pays, meaning that you, the buyer, pay nothing for this extremely valuable service.

Holly also helps families forge connections within the special needs community in Phoenix by introducing them to, or informing them about, parent support groups, trainings, annual conferences and expos, and family-friendly activities of relevance to this audience.

For families that need special education consulting, but do not purchase a home, Holly charges a separate consulting fee.  She also has existing and considerable connections with special education advocates and attorneys in the community and can make referrals as needed.
